~ The cabin is located in a peaceful gated community. You’ll receive the gate code before arrival. ~ Roads are paved but mountain-style — curvy and sometimes steep. We recommend arriving before dark. In winter weather, 4WD/AWD or tire chains may be needed. ~ Wildlife such as bears and raccoons are common. Please keep doors locked and food inside. We know from personal experience that our BEARS CAN OPEN CAR DOORS. Hosts are not responsible for damage caused by wildlife. ~ The community pool is open seasonally (typically Memorial Day–Labor Day, dates may vary). ~ The gas fireplace operates October–March only. ~ The charcoal grill is available for guest use, but you’ll need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. ~ Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc.). For longer stays, you may need to restock. ~ Wi-Fi is strong, but cell service can be spotty in the mountains. ~ Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on same-day bookings and cannot be guaranteed.

We had a great stay at this cabin! The space was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The home itself is beautiful, and the mountain scenery is absolutely amazing—perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was actually having a bear stop by! It was pretty interesting to see. He seemed to be checking out our grill for food because we was cooking. We walked in the house slowly and quietly. Resume our cooking once the bear was gone. This definitely added a unique touch to the experience. Overall, this is a wonderful cabin in the mountains, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic stay!

Our party of 7 absolutely loved this place and would love to come back. It was clean, beds were so comfy and the decks were beautiful. This place was in a great spot. Surrounded by mountains, but only about 15-20 minutes from all the fun stuff and great restaurants. We had a slight hot tub issue, but the host was so quick to respond and help us troubleshoot. The issue was resolved quickly and it didn’t negatively impact our stay at all. Book it- you wont regret it!

Idyllic location!! We even got to see a mother bear and her 4 cubs right on the lawn as we sipped our morning coffee. Cabin is spotlessly clean with all the kitchen amenities you may need. Really enjoyed the game lounge with the foosball table and vinyl record player. Avoid the hassle and cost of parking downtown. It’s a 2 minute drive down the hill from the cabin to the welcome center where you can park for free and take the 5 minute trolley ride into Gatlinburg. Will definitely return.

If you're thinking about staying in this cabin let this be your sign to book it! The cabin is exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our 4 kids. The game room and hot tub are huge bonuses! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and wash clothes but having the washer and dryer is super convenient for a mid trip wash. The location is in a perfect location to be able to get to gatlinburg and pigeon forge in just a few minutes. I was afraid that since it is in a community that the neighbors would be very close but it was actually very private. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and never once could we see or hear anyone around us. We even got to experience some bears making their way up the side yard and through the drive way. Overall Jayna and the cabin were absolutely amazing! We are already planning on booking it again and have recommended it to many friends and family.

We loved staying here. It was central to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kids had plenty to do- game room, tv, hot tub and outside toys. We also got to experience bears traveling through to look for trash the last few nights. 😅 Jayna is a great host!

Lovely cabin loaded with amenities in the great smoky mountains. Perfect for our family of five, with room to spare. Loved the hot tub, views, deck, comfy beds and the game room.

We loved the cabin!! Easy to get to, good location to get to Pigeon Forge, hiking, and Gatlinburg. Jayna was very responsive, quick in response. Cabin was just as expected, very clean. Would definitely recommend!!
